IMMIGRATION NEWS
Even though the economic situation is affecting many industries and millions of North Americans, its effect directly transcends upon our undocumented brothers and sisters.
However, during this Holy week, these consequences should not veer anyone away, since it is the ideal moment to reflect upon ourselves and our families. Do not forget that marvelous dream that is stored so deeply in your heart. Remember that the realization of your dreams, depends on your affirmations with each one of your thoughts and daily actions. Give thanks to God and do
not give up, because you know that the days ahead are filled with new opportunities for you to
be reborn and be able to continue to accomplish your life’s goals at your highest potential.
Recognize that being undocumented is not a crime, but that by not doing anything to resolve legal status is a huge mistake which could only complicate matters and lead to a lifetime of regret. Today you live in the United States, therefore you have already made it half way. Now, I encourage you to finish your stride and accomplish legal status.
As we know that the economy of the country dictates our future immigration policies, seriously take into consideration the current law which offers many opportunities for an immigrant to obtain legal status. I recommend that all immigrants start their permanent residency case immediately, even though section 245i of the Immigration Act is currently closed.
The Legal Division of the International Immigrants Foundation stresses that your case be professionally analyzed, so that a legal strategy can be formulated with the necessary elements to further your understanding and participation to achieve your legal objective.
Participate in my next conference on April 18th, where I will thoroughly explain the options available to obtain legal status along with the most important aspect needed to be in complete control of your immigrations case.
