Who should participate in the Visa Lottery?

Applicants can complete the form prepared by the professional staff of the International Immigrants Foundation, fill out the basic requirements and mail it to the address in the form.

Applicants must type or clearly print and mail their application completing the zip code stated hereunder according the your place of birth:

Africa: 00213 Europe: 00212 Asia: 00210
Oceania: 00214 Caribbean: 00211 Bahamas: 00215
Central America: 00211   South America: 00211
Important: If you are undocumented, or might be undocumented in the fiscal year of 2002, DO NOT APPLY for the Lottery.
